Who are we?

MCCS is an informal organization with a distinct family culture, where you can be who you are and you will not be judged or assessed for that. You work in a fun, challenging role and you work in a dynamic and fully-growing organization. Another characteristic of MCCS is working in self-organizing teams and the personal responsibility that this entails. Agile working is one of the spearheads of MCCS; the Scrum methodology and working in sprints is therefore part of our daily work.

Application procedure

When you apply to us, you will receive a confirmation within 3 working days that we have received your application. Your motivation and CV are discussed internally. When there are sufficient starting points, we will contact you to schedule an introductory meeting. During the introductory meeting, we mainly look at whether there is a match between you and MCCS. Is this match there and is the conversation from both sides experienced as positive? Then you will be invited for a follow-up interview. During the follow-up interview, your (technical) knowledge will be discussed in more detail. You will also receive feedback within 3 days. Did this conversation also go well? In that case we will make you a proposal. Doesn't there seem to be a match? Then you will receive a concrete feedback. In some situations we will ask if we can keep in touch, for example via LinkedIn.

IT Security consultant PAM

You will be part of our team for the hosting and implementation of the security products of Thycotic Software. Mainly Secret Server and Privilege manager. We do this at a number of clients in the Benelux and are looking for colleagues to help.

Senior of Medior Systeem Manager

You will be responsible for the IT of a number of clients and you work together and independently in a team on various projects where you participate in the development or implementation of the latest products, technologies and services.
